During the International Industrial Exhibition held in Yekaterinburg, Alexander Kalinin, Chairman of the All Russian Small and Medium sized Enterprise Social Organization "Russia Pillar", stated that Chinese enterprises engaged in industrial production in Russia can enjoy all the benefits enjoyed by Russian small and medium-sized enterprises, provided that a series of conditions are met.

Kalinin said, "If Chinese enterprises are included in the Unified Register of Small and Medium sized Enterprises in Russia, they can enjoy tax benefits in Russia. In this case, all tax benefits will apply to Chinese enterprises."

He pointed out that if production is established in industrial parks, science and technology parks, and the Russian Far East Advanced Development Zone, Chinese enterprises can enjoy more discounts. Kalinin said, "In terms of insurance premiums, land taxes, profit taxes, and property taxes, Chinese enterprises can receive exemptions or preferential treatment."
