Notice from the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of Fujian Province on Implementing a Positive List System of Products Exempted from Check of Animal and Plant Quarantine Certificates Issued by Exporting Countries or Regions in Fuzhou and Pingtan Parts of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone

For the purpose of methodically advancing the inspection and quarantine work on imported animal and plant products in Fuzhou and Pingtan parts of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone (hereinafter referred to as Fuzhou and Pingtan parts of FJFTZ), upon risk assessment and approval of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, this Notice on the implementation, in Fuzhou and Pingtan parts of FJFTZ, of a positive list system of products exempted from check of animal and plant quarantine certificates issued by exporting countries or regions is hereby published as follows:
I. From the date of publication of this Notice, the importation of products as listed in the positive list shall be exempted from check of their animal and plant quarantine certificates issued by exporting countries or regions. See Annex for the detailed scope of products in the positive list.
II. The inspection and quarantine institutions shall, according to changes of the epidemic situations of animals and plants in the exporting countries or regions, dynamically adjust the products in the positive list exempted from check of animal and plant quarantine certificates, and publish such adjustments on the official website of the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of Fujian Province (www.fjciq.gov.cn).
