Centering on local key projects including affordable housing construction and solid waste disposal, they exchanged professional views on practical issues such as compliance standards for overseas construction, as well as statutory requirements for land use, labor employment and environmental protection applicable to foreign-invested factories.

Taking local business policies and pain points of Chinese enterprises investing overseas into consideration, Attorney Naran’s team customized a one-stop compliance solution tailored to local Sakhalin regulations, covering core demands including Sino-Russian joint venture structures, drafting of cross-border cooperation documents, and identification and mitigation of legal risks in overseas operations.
