Notice of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology on Issuing the Three-year Action Plan for “Internet + Chinese Civilization”

The cultural heritage bureau (culture departments), development and reform commissions, science and technology departments (commissions, bureaus), competent departments of industry and information technology and public finance departments (bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:
For the purpose of effectively implementing the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Further Enhancing the Cultural Heritage Work (No. 17 [2016] of the State Council) and the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Actively Promoting the “Internet+” Action (No. 40 [2015] of the State Council), the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance collectively formulated the Three-year Action Plan for “Internet + Chinese Civilization” which is hereby issued to you for your conscientious and effective implementation in light of the actual situations.
